Bundt cake pan

When baking in a Bundt pan, instead of greasing the pan with butter or shortening, use a little flavorless cooking oil. Swirl the pan around until the oil has flowed into all the crevices, then wipe out the excess. (Oil works fine in regular pans, too.)
